Something is wrong

Something is wrong. I've used many brands of beeswax and usually get consistent results, but my balms take longer than usual to set. I even bought it twice thinking I made a mistake but got the same results. A salve made from 15 ounces of beeswax to 85 ounces of oil shouldn't be runny, but it is.
