First of all the quality, finish and noise level are fantastic. The packaging was good and I knew it was going to be good based on all the reviews and videos you can find on YouTube about the performance test. It's not loud but I don't know what to compare it to either as it's my first CPU cooler but with a PC on my desk I can hear it if I try to pay attention to it but I have plenty Music or playing a headset with it, so I don't know. I'm also quite happy with the sound reproduction. Now my biggest problem is that this doesn't match the MSI Tomahawk Max board very well. When you try to install it, there is no place for screws ONLY. I'd love to take a picture so those with this MB can understand, but you have to push a little and turn one nut at a time to tighten them. It was a long process, but reading the web isn't a problem for all boards, just some. I'm happy with that, but it's definitely a design flaw. I contacted Arctic and they sent a custom backplate and screws to fix this issue, but for now it's holding up nicely and securely. so far. Update 12/15/2020: The CPU air cooler was perfectly fine and didn't fall off or anything like that. I didn't even have to use the extra bracket and screw Arctic sent me. I recently switched to an AIO, so I don't use it anymore, but I still recommend it with confidence to anyone looking at air coolers.
