The only good thing is that it raised the pH a bit but caused a headache. I had no problems with the original filters, then I bought a replacement. Followed all directions and had no consistency with water leaking from day one. For some reason it clogs and I had to take the filter out and shake it a few times before it finally started dripping water for about 4 more uses until it clogged again. Little by little I started banging the filter on the countertop because it was getting so annoying. The last straw for me was I poured some water, took a shower and needed the water ready, as soon as I got out I looked at the EMPTY jug, all the water was still sticking out at the top. I grabbed the filter and threw it on the kitchen floor like I'd just hit a 75-yard kickoff return to win the game. Oh. and now they seem to have gone up almost $10 in price. Big
