Review on Progressive Suspension 11 1124 18 5 Spring by Dang Reid
I've always had good luck with progressives. Will strengthen your sluggish forks.
Used on 1984 Nighthawk 700. Very well reinforced front end. Ease of installation. Be sure to check Progressive's website for the actual length of preload spacers if your bike is not listed in the documents that came with the spring. Grab some fork oil while you do this.
