I personally didn't like them at all. If you have ANY layers in your hair, these bun devices most likely won't work for you. Layers have the ends sticking out of the bun and curly hair just doesn't look neat in this style. I followed the instructions and first styled my hair in a ponytail. Unfortunately, this causes the bun to fall off your head. If you really want to try it, just know that it won't be as easy as these videos/photos suggest. You may need to straighten your hair and/or use pins to secure the bun properly. However, to be honest this is a quality product. Just didn't work for me.
