Appears stolen and previously discarded

Appears used and stolen. There are parts near the USB ports etc that are blacked out and look almost melted and scratched like a brand name or it has been used. The top corner is cracked and chipped, the subwoofers crackle over 15. Is it heavy as hell and looks used when you think it was bought new?
