Uncomfortably loud in the kitchen and dining room

I love the deep bowl and the splatter guard but oh my god it's louder than my smoothie blender which says a lot. I have never had such a disgustingly loud device. I decided to go back to my old stand mixer because even my family was complaining. I wouldn't recommend it just because of the noise it makes.
