Great eyebrow pencil at a great price
This eyebrow pencil goes well with pencils over $20. It's easy to use and offers good coverage. The blonde pencil is a dark blonde but works on lighter blonde hair with a light touch. The only criticism I have is that I wish it was more waterproof as it washes out easily.
