I just bought this and struggled for half an hour to change the default PIN. Here's how I did it: 1. Press the KEY2 button. Enter an existing PIN3. Press the KEY button twice <-- press twice at MEDIUM or FAST speed4. Enter new PIN5. Press the KEY button twice <-- it should be a FAST double press6. Repeat new PIN7. Press the KEY button twice <-- it should be a FAST double press. The problem is that when I pressed the KEY button twice in step 3, I did it at a rate of about two clicks per second and the device accepted it . However, when I pressed twice at the same speed for step 5, the device refused. I didn't realize that double tapping in step 5 should be much faster. After that, the device seemed to work fine. However, there is no clear information about the double-tap speed in the documentation. Bad user design consists of first accepting a slow double-tap speed and then only accepting a fast double-tap speed without telling the user why.
