A good harness for the price. There is a wide velcro strap on the back that can be attached so you can adjust it. I would say air on the larger side because I had a big idea my 8 lb kitten could grow into it and it fits him perfectly now by tightening the velcro tight. As it gets a bit bigger I think it will still fit as I can make sure the velcro doesn't overlap. It also has a clip so your cat can do more than just rub the floor to remove the Velcro. My kitty is trying to put on a harness so he had no problem wearing this harness as it is soft and didn't seem to bother him at all. He only wanted to take it off when he decided it was time to clean himself. The only downside is that the D-ring that the leash attaches to is plastic and I would have preferred it to be metal. I machine washed it in a laundry bag on delicates and hung it in the washing machine to dry with no problems. and hung to dry with no problem. Although the leashes are said to be retractable, it's not just a leash.
