After only a few months of use, the net developed a hole. We tried to repair it, but it just kept getting bigger.We contacted the manufacturer to ask if we could purchase a replacement of just the net (I was hoping to spend $40ish on a new net instead of $100 on a new complete kit). Customer service took a long while to get back to me and never really responded to my request to purchase just the net itself. Instead, they told me to try to patch the net and then offered me a $10 refund. neither option is really helpful to me, since (1) I've already tried to repair the net and (2) I'm not interested in spending $90 on a new product when 2/3 of the set is perfectly functional.
