The ability for us as an organization to access our customer information in one place rather than having it scattered throughout many systems was very helpful! I would like if there were more options available when searching by account number or phone number vs only being able to search through names/email addresses etc. This has been great so far but we are still trying to figure out how best utilize this function within our team (we're not sure yet). We've found ourselves going back into records at times because they do not always update correctly with changes made elsewhere. If you know where your contact info is stored then this makes finding them much easier which helps keep track of all accounts.
