I’m not sure why people are saying it doesn’t have an answering machine built in. It does, you just have to enable it. It’s under Menu/Answering Machine/ then you have to set "Answer Mode” to on then adjust your "Number of Ring”. I had to set mine lower because I didn’t want to use my providers voicemail.Alexa works ok. You just have to long press the button which is ok, but it’d be better if it just worked from a regular press since it’s a dedicated Alexa button.I agree with others. The setup can be a little difficult even if you’re tech savvy. And needing two apps is annoying. But overall my biggest complaint is digital line noise. The other end doesn’t hear it but I do. And it is annoying.
