But doesn't work for long. Poor quality component.

The relay usually worked for a short time about 1 hour at 5 plows. Then keeps holding, causing the plow motor to overheat (keep working without touching the controls). I had to unplug the grill multiple times for a few minutes for the relay to unlock. Back to the old and all is well. Buy OEM, this was used on a Fisher Minute 1 straight blade mount. garbage and pain.
