Bought to experiment with macro photography on my Nikon P1000 which isn't really optimized for it but was still able to get some decent shots. Depth of field and distortion at +10 make it largely unsuitable even for insects, at least in my limited attempts at getting a good shot, but others seem to do quite well. I dropped one of the lenses on a rock it landed on its side and cracked a bit but still quite usable so I would definitely recommend it for the price but the best version of this kit might be +6 or something similar instead of + 10. Moreover, as other reviews say, only +1 others can put. This allows you to get +1, +2, +3, +4 and +5, +10 and +11 from this set, but nothing between 5-10 or higher (although you don't want to go higher anyway). . ).
