If you're looking for something that looks like a snow globe for demo purposes - LOOK LONGER, THIS IS IT! Options with about 6 classic Christmas carols and no music and light option. What makes this device truly amazing is the soft light inside the device and the way the inner liquid blows over the sparkles inside. Any lover of Christmas decorations will love this so much to display on a mantel, tabletop, wall shelf, cabinet or memorabilia during the holiday season. Just remember where you place it determines how you turn it on. It can be battery operated or come with a USB cable that plugs into an outlet. You need to provide a USB output adapter or power supply. I really like that they provided an option for this which makes it versatile to showcase in many different areas which is a big plus! Product measures 8" tall, 5" wide and 3" deep at its tallest point and has a round hanger at the top. above that you could probably hang it up, but it's quite heavy so I don't think I'd do the work and the audio would be too loud if not on the surface. My only 2 criticisms might be that 1 the music is a bit too loud for it, it's loud enough throughout the room and I think a bright ambiance would make it better although you can tone down the sound by adding a little Put masking tape on the speaker below and it will soften the atmosphere as I have other music around the house that I prefer more but I like that there is an option for that. My other gripe is that for such a beautiful piece of jewelry it doesn't come in a stunning box so I don't think it's worth a gift unless you wrap it entirely in your own packaging which would be nice but the standard a packaging protects you very well from damage, just a nice print on the box or a small indication of what it is, a printed sticker would be better than a bare box!
