The headset does its job well and is comfortable to wear. There were no complaints about the microphone's performance from audience members. However, if I could go back in time and change a few things, I probably would. A headset that costs that much and has a case that creaks when you move it is a waste of money. Coating all the plastic-plastic joints was what it took to permanently fix the issue. Software, too, might be unpredictable; for example, if your headphones suddenly stop working, you'll have to delete the app and wait for a fix. The awful backing is the cherry on top. Before I realized that Logitech's inflated prices were actually justified by their dedication to satisfied customers, I was a die-hard supporter of the company's products. However, I had to submit in the beginning of the year (before to February 24) for a keyboard issue, and after waiting weeks to hear back from anyone, I was finally told, "we can't help you, you not in Europe." The price tag on their items has made them controversial.
