I received them yesterday. My husband and I answered the first question last night. I don't want to say what it was, but it was a great first question. We had a pleasant, nostalgic conversation full of warm feelings. I have roses this morning. :) I didn't go through the deck because I don't want spoilers. Judging by the first card, I have to say that the matching Bible quote didn't bother me even though I'm not a Christian. Besides, I actually got it because it's published by a Christian company. I wanted something pure, deep and meaningful. The box is very nice and the cards are of high quality. I'm buying another set for the bride and groom. Update 7-2018 We only use these cards when we can fully devote time to each other, which is rare in our household. We just went to the mountains alone for a week and were able to use a lot of maps. Let me say, without going into too much detail, that the timing was perfect for some of them. One of us is threatened with a serious illness. The questions really helped us open deep lines of communication to talk and feel like we're coming through. I can also say that not all cards have a Bible verse. Many of them are just relevant quotes. I'm always so glad I took the cards with me. We really had a great time together. I've never felt closer as a couple. Update 11/22/18 I think I've started something. My daughter recently got married and I got her as a wedding gift. You absolutely LOVE them. They love them so much my other daughter bought a set for herself and her partner. By the way, the health problem is solved. we are ready to go :)
