Very strong and heavy construction. Smooth movement and great overall feel. I use it to attach an arrow (made of lightweight carbon) to a tripod because it gives me the ability to swing on axis in combination with vertical movements. The SLR DSLR (Sony A7) offers excellent response and feel.
