Very strong and heavy construction. Smooth movement and great overall feel. I use it to attach an arrow (made of lightweight carbon) to a tripod because it gives me the ability to swing on axis in combination with vertical movements. The SLR DSLR (Sony A7) offers excellent response and feel.

I have this and the Nodal Ninja panoramic head. I think the quality of the Sunwayfoto Rotator is as good if not better than the more expensive Nodal Ninja. I use Sunwayfoto more often because it's easier to transport. Note that I don't do spherical panoramas with Sunawayfoto's panhead like I did with NodalNinja (which also has a rotation index for altitude).

Incredible thing for taking panoramas, and even in high quality! It's very heavy for its size, so there are few non-metal parts. Preset detents provide a soft stop you can feel when you turn your head, so you know how far to turn before taking the next frame in a row.
