The main complaints about the cheap and fragile USB connector. Already chipped. It also gets stuck in the lamp holder and is difficult to turn a quarter turn to activate. Another annoying issue is that it keeps blinking - almost every time you move, even when you start charging (rather bright and annoying when you're trying to charge it on your laptop) for a good thirty seconds. I would not buy again. Update: This product is broken: The USB insert (cheap board) just broke. Now it's completely useless. This product is cheap. Don't waste money.
