Review on ๐Ÿถ Enhanced Training Tool: Educator Nylon Quick Snap Collar by Dana Jones

Good idea but not as good as the belt collar

We love our e-collar. The only problem is that the collar that comes with it has holes for the strap so the tightness can vary depending on the day or family member putting it on the dog. As a result, the stimulation can have different effects. what you don't want in training. We need a very precise, constant level of stimulation. So I figured this quick buckle collar might be the answer for us because I figured any of us could put it on a dog and be consistent once we got it right. The Eistein/Mini Educator 300ts receiver fits snugly on the collar but tends to snap even without vigorous twisting or fiddling. The receiver ended backwards from the dog's neck, so stimulation was not possible. While that zip collar is a good idea, it just doesn't work. I went back to our original collar with a belt hole and marked the desired hole with nail polish so the whole family would always use the same fit.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Almost OK
