Review on Jackets Coats Suits Threads by Karla Richter

Probably my fault but I thought this book would feature haute couture sewing techniques. This is just a selection of articles from Threads Magazine that don't interest me at all. In fact, articles about tailoring jackets are clearly not haute couture. It's all about the labels and how you make your jackets look like RTW. No thank you. If I wanted RTW I wouldn't make my own clothes. But maybe this is what you are looking for. If so, then you might like this book. But don't expect any coherent, overarching advice either, because there aren't any here either.
