Bad wiring harness

Plugged in, bad connection, $300 Radio turns on and off. When I finally fumbled with the seatbelt to get it to work, I hit a bump and kicked on and off. It has a very strong hiss through the speakers, I really think it has to do with the seat belts too. I won't buy this again. I unplugged my radio 10 times from 6am thinking I could get it to work, I even bundled the wires and taped them in place. Still static and bad connection. The bad connection I think comes from the chymose box and from my car wiring harness,
