Not a soft brush. for oral care

This is the first time I felt the need to leave a negative review. Toothbrushes are described as soft, but are more of a mix of medium and hard. I have sensitive gums and was looking for a good cleaning brush that would not put any strain on my gums. The bristles are so hard and inflexible that my gums become inflamed. Even when brushing, the inflexible bristles did not get between the teeth to clean the sides.
