Actually this is my second model of this model. The first served about three years of hard service before the engine began to wheeze. So I bought another one last December. In mid-November the engine simply died. As it has a 3 year warranty I contacted support for a repair/replacement. After I was moved, after waiting about 50 minutes, they took my information and said they would email me a shipping label to look at and that I would receive the label via email in a few hours. Twenty four hours later I called back and they said no it would take 2-3 days. I waited up to five days and they said it would take a few more business days so maybe mid next week. In the meantime, since I use it every day, I have ordered a different one, a different brand. Cuisinart has always been a quality brand, but obviously not anymore. I will not buy Kuzinart again.
