Probably the worst design object ever invented. I spent an hour and a half to get it working. Vain. I was close to tears, I was so sad. My husband took over with the same result. It's useless junk. I'm not new to computer locks, so I certainly didn't understand the concept. Even if we could get it to work, the design requires your hands to be rotated at a very bizarre, backward angle to the computer case, and the toggle switches are almost impossible to turn. Please note that I read the reviews before ordering this lock and arrogantly assumed that the other reviewers simply misread the instructions or didn't understand how laptop locks work. Boy was I wrong. listen to feedback!
