Works with Microsoft Windows 10 connected to USB 3.2 generation notebook ports. The previous version of this BAFX meter, in my experience, only works on Microsoft Windows 10 (or earlier versions of Microsoft Windows) with 2nd generation USB ports. I have a lot of experience with older/earlier hardware versions of BAFX, but this newer hardware version changes the button layout and has more recording features that are associated with both software and hardware, making things a bit more confusing. The button failed to turn off the device, so the batteries had to be removed. Reliable device from China.
