It took me about an hour to fiddle, but I managed to get the projector to focus and work properly. Better instruction would be nice, but so far I like it after an hour or two. A good picture, bright enough even in a half-lit room, thank God the keystone correction works almost perfectly. I will keep it updated. UPDATE: still works fine, fan noise is a bit loud but manageable, for the sound to work with streaming and streaming devices you need to change the audio output type in the streaming device settings. You see this a lot with projectors, especially mid-range and entry-level ones like this one. A longer power cord would also be desirable.
