Definitely NOT, but the letter G (left my daughter with a big wound on the back of her head)
Not sure if those are ALL the letters or not, but the letter G - dug into my 2's ear - year old daughter and made a hole. The earring appears to go inward, and due to the design of the letter, the back appears to move to an oblique position and dig into the back of the ear. My daughter didn't complain, but when I noticed the back was crooked and went to shoot it, I saw a nick on the back of the ear. BOTH backs were in the same angular position and again this doesn't match the post on the letter - looks cute BUT NOT RECOMMENDED
