Constant reboots on TV and video

Constant crashes. as soon as i find the movie. Boom, it turns off and I see Roku bouncing around the screen. The fix says it should come with a USB plugin. I didn't get it, so I'm using USB from something else. I do not know. If it holds up, I'll just send it back.
