We took these two guys to the beach last week. For the price, I thought it was just a fun thing, but I expected one or both to be completely destroyed by the end of the week. I was wrong. Both kites held up against beach wind, sand, babies and our rough handling. We bought an extra spool but ended up using the line that came with it and it worked great. I would definitely recommend for beach or park fun without spending too much.
