Be sure to follow directions for use. You must degrease the chain or it will not work properly. I used mineral spirits and vigorously vibrated the chain for a few seconds. I then rinsed the chain with water, wiped it off and hung it to dry completely. When I put the chain back on the bike, I carefully lubricated each link, not wiping it. After about five minutes I repeated and let the chain dry (several hours). After that everything goes downhill. I oil every few hundred miles but for others it can be more or less depending on the conditions. I really like it - clean and more effective than oil based. The chain does not need to be cleaned - wax collects dirt and falls off. Sounds weird but works for me.
