The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

Requires very thorough cleaning and degreasing of the transmission surface from other types of lubricants before applying this lubricant. Pros: One of the few lubricants that really works to increase the life of a bicycle transmission, with the use of this lubricant, I skated more than 12,000 km on the MTV. in different weather conditions. The chain treated with this lubricant practically does not smear either things or hands. Some cons: Not suitable for driving in winter in conditions of road…

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

On all 3 of my bikes, I washed the chains from oil lubrication and switched to paraffin. How to launder written tons of articles, the easiest way is gasoline galoshes. They put a chain in a plastic bottle (after squeezing out one link with a tool and buying a lock for a single-speed chain or a chain with speeds, they are different), they poured gasoline, shook it, pulled it out and wiped it and the chain was clean. The bottle was left for a couple of hours so that all the dirt settled and the…

Pros
  • A minimum of dirt and hemorrhoids with chain cleaning.

By the way, for beginners. This and most other chain lubricants are water-based, the active ingredient is paraffins. This means that the lubricant is easily washed off the chain with water and detergent. It is not necessary to use solvents. I wash the chain along with the whole bike, car shampoo. Next, it is important to dry the chain well and then lubricate. After lubrication, you need to wait until the water has evaporated and only paraffin remains in the chain. Therefore, it is recommended…

Pros
  • Excellent lubricant. Odorless, not easily soiled, perfectly keeps for a long time. The chain stays clean for a long time.
Cons
  • It seemed to me that the sound of the chain entering the idler pulley increased with the use of Squirt Chain Lube. This was not the case with MucOff. That is, when pedaling, I hear the rustle of the chain on the roller 🤷🏻‍♂️

Really helps keep the chain clean!

Great chain lube! Water based which is a plus for me. It's easy to apply and has a milky appearance, which I think helps to ensure you complete the entire necklace. Dries in minutes and doesn't attract dirt like an oil-based lube. After a 20 mile ride on nasty trails my bike was a mess! It took an hour and a half to clean up the dirt (yes it was that bad!). The chain, which was otherwise the most difficult to clean, immediately shone again. Worth the money imao.

Great product and non-greasy!

I just switched to this chain lube for my road bike after watching Chris Horner's YouTube video on the best way to clean and oil your bike! So far this has worked very well and really seems to be the latest. Non-greasy and doesn't seem to pick up dirt as quickly as other dry and wet chain lubes. The only criticism was the packaging of the Revain product: it was sent in a padded postal envelope and the plastic dispenser tip broke off. Instead of fiddling with the return... I glued it on and it…

Best chain lube I have used

Best bike chain lube I have used in both wet and dry conditions. I've been using Squirt for several years now and have never had a problem with it. (Before Squirt, I enjoyed rock and roll for many years). I don't even have to clean the chain very often. The waxy dirt will build up but doesn't seem to affect performance or cause much chaos if something touches it. I clean my chain once every blue moon whether it needs it or not (I'm not sure). The only downside is the extreme cold, but there's a

Squirting in sports

It's beautiful. I've been cycling for almost 50 years and have had so many bikes I can't remember. So when I came across a chain oil that wasn't holding all my components together and pissed my wife off when I put black lube in the wash, I was very happy. Also, my chain now sings through the gears better than almost anything I've used before. Haven't noticed any component wear yet, but when the chain runs so smoothly and I can detect a lot of light pedaling, I doubt it's having a negative…

Great product but chain needs degreasing

Be sure to follow directions for use. You must degrease the chain or it will not work properly. I used mineral spirits and vigorously vibrated the chain for a few seconds. I then rinsed the chain with water, wiped it off and hung it to dry completely. When I put the chain back on the bike, I carefully lubricated each link, not wiping it. After about five minutes I repeated and let the chain dry (several hours). After that everything goes downhill. I oil every few hundred miles but for others it

Thoroughly clean gears before application.

I met a man on the standard bike path in Saw. Bay of SoCal, he had just returned from a 3,000 mile round trip to Cabo San Lucas in a full suspension Mongoose, he started his journey with a brand new SRAM 1X11 drivetrain and it still looked brand new. I asked him what he uses for the chain lube and he pulled out a store-bought bottle of Squirt and showed it to me. I ordered a store size bottle, cleaned and applied a newly installed gearbox. I definitely noticed a difference in the feel of my…

Apply white slime to the chain - it will work.

Seems to be a good chain lube - does what it says on the bottle. The chain runs smooth and quiet between uses and is generally cleaner than the rock 'n' roll gold I used last year. It's a wax, not an oil. It works slightly differently than oil and should be cared for slightly differently for best results. Follow the instructions to the letter. Start with a thoroughly clean transmission, apply as directed, after every few rides wipe down the chain with a dry clean rag to brush off any loose wax…

Best Lube Ever - Bike Tools & Maintenance

I live in Southwest Florida and ride in both wet and dry conditions. This stuff is awesome if you use it the right way. It doesn't work if you don't do it. 1) Clean the chain. Completely clean it of grease, grease and dirt in any way convenient for you. Just make sure it's listed REALLY clean. For example, if you put the chain back on the bike, it will squeak. 2) Reattach the chain to the bike. 3) Wet the chain with a jet of water and rotate it slowly. It gets messy and I like to use cardboard…

Complete mess, painful to apply, lube not amazing. Don't believe the ads.

Super disappointed in Squirt after reading all the hype and positive reviews. I wonder if I'm on another planet? Someone asked if I might have a fake bottle so I tried 3 bottles from different sources...no change. I was also asked if I cleaned the chains sufficiently before using them for the first time; The answer is yes. I used an ultrasonic cleaner with a degreaser and did 3 baths/cycles on each chain and then dried them completely. They were as clean as can be. My problem has two parts and…
