I had high hopes for these inexpensive replacement screws for my light switch and outlet wall plates but I think you get what you pay for. The white color is very cheap/wrong variety and falls off immediately when screwed in. Also, for some reason they also varnished the threads so they don't even get screwed in properly because they're obviously thicker than they are. That must be because the color is in it. Very frustrating. There is absolutely no reason to dye threads for anyone. This is just laziness or stupidity on the part of the manufacturer.
