These pulleys run light, are quiet and look great. My complaint about the medium size is that the connection to the headset pulls too much because you can't adjust the tension any lower. I'm sure this will work well in a room with a higher ceiling and more wires hanging down, but I'd rather have some low voltage wires in the box (or make the voltage adjustable). I fixed this somewhat by attaching a small weight to the last link, but that only works if you pull the headset down. The cable can be easily detached and reattached to these pulleys. picture attached.
