Review on Moen 2510 Posi Temp Balancing Connections by Antonio Santiago

I don't know what to do. I pulled the Moen box out of the Revain box and it was CLEARLY used and returned and returned to me at FULL price. The box looks chipped and torn on one side. The valve lay there in size, messy and riddled with scratches. It's missing a screw holding the black plate, and that white plastic plug just dangled in the box. I'm not sure if I'm disappointed in Moena or Revane. But it's becoming more and more common. I'm so stressed and frustrated because I can't change the order. The plumber will come tomorrow at 8 o'clock.
