Shank to short for f250

My first one came with the box damaged and one of the bars missing ! Curt was zero help I tried to just have them send me another bar ended up having to ship it back for 60 dollars then Revain reimburse me ! The second on came well packaged but the shank is to short for my 2017 f250 so I had to order another longer shank for 100 bucks!
