Great for whipped cream or desserts

I have a similar whisk and wanted to buy an extra one to use to make sugar free chocolate mousse so we can have a nice dessert. My husband and I are on a low carb diet so the first one I only had whipped cream, but on this new one I added some cocoa and Splenda to the whipped cream. This racket is great. You really don't have to pay a lot to get a decent portion. I like this style. It's the same as the one I already have, so I was looking for one that looked the same as my first one, which I've been using daily for a few years. press and twist to attach. I bought a set of stainless steel tips for my other one, but they work. It just looks a little cheaper and works a little cheaper than the rest of the racquet. I think he had three tips. The set includes a cleaning brush and a small coffee spoon. Not sure why it comes with a coffee spoon, but it's a nice little spoon with a clip to keep your coffee bag closed. To use the whisk, simply pour whipped cream or heavy cream into a container. It has a fill line which is nice. I usually fill it up about half full because you can use that much without adding more small gas canisters. This item does not come with chargers, these must be purchased separately. After you put the cream in, screw on the lid and add the tip you want to use. Then take the charger and plug it into the little white thing that you then screw onto the racquet. When you screw it in, it pierces the canister and the gas leaks out. After that, you can keep it or delete it. I usually leave mine on because it makes it easier to unscrew the lid. To use the whisk after charging, shake it well, turn it upside down and press the lever to spray the whipped cream. I keep the jar in the fridge and shake it a little before each use. If you like sweetener, you can add sugar or Splenda. I only use my unsweetened for coffee, but in this new one I bought I mixed about a cup of heavy cream, 6 packets of Splenda, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder baking soda. I also added a tablespoon or two of water to the mixture as the powder thickens the cream so the water makes up for it. I take everything apart to clean. Remove the small silicone ring and place it on the stylus in the top shelf. Put the tip on the other rod, I put the mass where you put the cream on the bottom shelf. I put the top on the top shelf and it came out very clean. I am very happy with my purchase! Thank you for reading my review, Becky Brooks.
