Much better than my previous covers.
I started making fermented hot sauce last year and although I have more than two days to use these lids towards the end of my last batch, they are much better than my other lids. I've used a Solight kit but they require a threaded metal ring commonly used for glass jars while this replaces the entire lid so the ring doesn't rust or even get stuck like mine did. . My only criticism would be the scales, I would have liked the handle to be longer and had a ridge that would make it easier to calibrate and remove when wet.
