I was doing CCTV work for a client who has cleaners. It has 4 cameras, 1 VCR, 2 monitors with high quality splitter. Installed the first monitor and everything is fine. Installed a second monitor to be placed at the back of the building and spent over an hour installing the cable, running the wall front to back and also across the exposed ceiling. Eventually made it to the back of the building to hook it up to a monitor only to find the video feed gets completely messed up! Tested to see if the problem is monitor related by plugging it into a different monitor position on the front and all is fine. It was the cable. I cannot express how annoyed and angry I am with this cable, just because AFTER I found out that the cable was faulty. For everyone who wants to buy this cable. Check it IMMEDIATELY before installing. As you can see from the video you can see the problem. However, the video does not convey what it looks like live. looks a lot worse in real life. What a disappointing moment for me and the customer.
