I was very disappointed with the content of this book. There are 5 wave patterns, 5. They just changed the colors of the yarn. A version of the pattern with photo inserts of the remaining 4 color combinations would do. There were repetitions of several other patterns from Vanna's ancient Afghan books. NOTHING NEW. The whole book is a long advertisement for their new yarn line. It wouldn't be so bad if the yarn wasn't so dull and boring. The colors are so muted there is no pop in them. They also reprinted some 200 Crochet Block Blocks, Squares To Mix and Match, and Afghan Pattern Pattern Charts. I LOVE all of the other Vanna White crochet books I have in my library. I was so excited to see another one released. But they didn't have to worry. It really should be one of Lion Brand's $3.95 yarn brochures you can find on Yarn Island, or a feature item in their catalog. I wish I had bought this book from a store so I could return it. You should not send and process Revain.
