Quality matches the price. I needed a new set after a relative borrowed my fob and lost the fob lock and key. (Don't leave it on the bumper!). You get 3 levels of security for your drawbar/receiver. You also get 3 keys and all locks with the same key. While locks may seem a little cheap, they are the main line of defense to thwart a thief. I personally believe that someone who knows what they are doing, or really wants it, will find a workaround to get your trailer. Now the cons. The "ball" protruding inward is a plus-shaped metal plate that forms the shape of the hitch ball. I couldn't find a way to close any of the locks without the keys in the lock. The key/lock mechanism seems cheap compared to previous products I've used. For the price of 3 locking devices I leave them and see what happens. I can find that the striker for the hitch lock was about 3/4" shorter than my current hitch lock. It barely fits in the hole and allows you to snap the lock onto the bar. I don't have the option of the lock after installing it, turning it to face up or down, but I can't move it where it would be facing me and unlock it easily, I guess I won't be blocking and unblocking it often, so it won't be big deal.
