I prefer to wear them indoors. You are cozy. I mostly rest, so I don't need arch support or traction. The upper fabric seems to breathe well, so a pair of socks will keep my feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I like them a lot more than slippers. I have three pairs of these and I really like them.
