The ability to have an open relationship with your supervisor/manager at work was great! I found it beneficial that we could talk about any issues without fear of repercussions from my manager /supervisor (or even other co-workers). Sometimes there were long periods where no calls would be made available which lead me into thinking something wasn't going well - but then they called back during those times when i needed them too much not make contact until later in day etc.. This really helped keep communication positive throughout all departments within office as everyone had access via email so nothing went unnoticed by anyone else who worked here!!
