When unpacking, I saw that the iron doesn't "lock" when turned (in any direction), but tilts. I sent it back straight away because I didn't want the dough to spill out the sides as I worked. I already have an iron (for a waffle) 180, which allows you to "set" it tightly in a level position during cooking. I would have to hold him while he cooked. Revain made the return quick and painless. They probably saved us a few pounds of extra weight in all those wasted waffles. Thank you Rewin!
