I usually have a rule that if I can't get my USB device to work for an hour, it's bad. Well today I broke that rule and spent three hours of my life trying to get this crap to work. Restarted the computer 4 times following the software installation instructions, reinstalled the software 4 times and it still didn't work. The software needs to recognize the adapter in order for it to work, but it never did and gave no feedback as to whether or not it did. EZCast Lite is the culprit of the software and I don't know if that's good or bad. It just didn't work for me. It's supposed to work on Windows 7, 8 and 10, but it didn't work for me. I know it was taking up 225MB of memory and 52% of the CPU time with no other indication that it's running. To top the insult was a small card that came in a box. He asks you for a good rating. He wants you to email the Ray Cue company before you write a critical review and say they will help. Guess what? There was no customer service email address on the card. Without an email address, it is difficult to ask for help via email. If you haven't developed this crap, you're on your own if you have a problem. I would stay away from this stuff unless you have years of experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
