Works perfectly. but no SD card
Almost everything I understood. Nintendo 3ds works perfectly and is in good condition. My only issue is that it doesn't come with an SD card, which is provided when you buy it from the store, and didn't say it would ship without one. Overall a good buy despite the missing part.
