First of all I just want to say what great customer service they have. When I first bought the projector I thought there was something wrong with mine, but then "SUE" customer service called immediately, she was very helpful in everything, she made everything very easy, she was able to get me another ship right away the only reason I had to go back was because I thought there was something in the lens but Sue told me it was dust so I could know and learn some new things but the overall customer service and the only reason i give it a 4 i wish it was clearer but that is why the projector is cheaper than tv.
