The product works great and the VEVA service (order processing, shipping, tracking) was great too. The only negative issue I had was that the filters are slightly larger so there is pleating (felt) or compression (foam) around the perimeter of the filter where it meets the vacuum filter cavity. I have a vacuum cleaner model that advertises filters. I also make sure the filters are in the correct orientation in relation to the cavity. Another problem I've noticed is that felt filters lose fibers easily, especially when wet. The factory filters that originally came with the vacuum had no oversized fit and reset issues. Overall the negative issues are minor and the purchase appears to be good value for money. I would buy this product again and again from the seller.
